Nothing received
An anonymous backer reports that their completed STAKD BackerKit order remains undelivered. The order was expected in August 2024; the backer says none of the four paid items arrived and no carrier-accepted tracking was provided. On July 5, 2025, Jordan Marton said he would investigate and get the order sorted. The backer says repeated follow-ups and an August 2026 formal demand did not produce delivery. Kickstarter confirmed that Trust & Safety received the report, but no enforcement outcome was disclosed.
The backer says the combination of an unfulfilled order, a promise to investigate and continued chasing for answers—alongside similar accounts from other backers—prompted this documentation campaign.
Update, September 2, 2026: Friendly Rabbit refunded the Kickstarter-funded portion on August 30, and the backer confirms receiving it. The separately paid BackerKit balance remains unrefunded. The backer reports that their Kickstarter comments disappeared following the refund and suspects the refund was intended to silence their complaints rather than resolve the entire order. The creator’s motive has not been established.
The games still have not arrived, and the case remains unresolved despite the Kickstarter refund. The backer now seeks reimbursement of the remaining BackerKit balance or an agreed fulfillment arrangement that accounts for the refund already received.
