Nothing received

An anonymous U.S. backer reports that a completed STAKD BackerKit order, with an August 2024 estimated delivery, remains entirely unfulfilled. The backer reports receiving none of the four paid items, no carrier-accepted tracking, and no refund. After the creator said in July 2025 that the order would be investigated and sorted, the backer says repeated follow-ups and a formal written demand produced no substantive resolution. Kickstarter confirmed in August 2026 that Trust & Safety received the report. The requested resolution is shipment of every paid item or a complete refund.
