The reporting process Updated September 2, 2026

Your report.
Your choices.

Private by default means not publicly posted. It does not mean that hosting providers or the tools used to review a report never process its contents.

01 / Operator

An independent backer. Not the creator.

This initiative is operated by an individual STAKD backer under the campaign name Not So Friendly Rabbit. The organizer uses a campaign identity rather than publishing personal contact details. The organizer is responsible for this record and can be contacted at report@notsofriendlyrabbit.games.

We are not Friendly Rabbit, Kickstarter, BackerKit, a law firm or a public authority. Collecting reports cannot guarantee delivery, a refund or action by a platform.

02 / Collection

Start with three details. Keep sensitive documents out.

The only required report details are a name or preferred alias, email address, and order or pledge number. A preferred alias can be used instead of a real name. No account or login is needed.

Country, region, project, pledge platform, reward selection, problem type, an account of what happened, additional backer or transaction references, payment amounts, currency, dates, add-ons, delivery details, contact history and evidence links are all optional.

The form still requires confirmation of accuracy and permission for private follow-up and the stated aggregate or redacted evidence use. Publication is optional: private is selected by default, and anonymous or named publication requires your choice and review. We may follow up to clarify a minimal report before using it as evidence.

We do not ask for credit card numbers, bank account details, birth dates, government ID, passwords or street addresses.

Do not include them in free text, screenshots or linked documents. Redact receipts before sharing. Contact details and order records can still be sensitive, even when they are not card or identity documents.

The form stores an evidence link, not an uploaded file. Anyone with access to a share link may be able to open its contents. Check the document provider’s permissions and do not assume that pasting a link here makes the underlying document private.

03 / Access & services

Who can process a submission?

The site’s private review area is restricted to the organizer’s authorized owner account. Other visitors cannot browse private submissions through the public report pages.

The site uses OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare hosting and database infrastructure. The campaign mailbox uses Porkbun webmail. These providers may process stored content and technical information such as IP addresses and service logs under their own policies; “private” does not mean inaccessible to the service providers.

The organizer uses AI-assisted tools, including OpenAI’s Codex/ChatGPT, to help review records, organize information and draft summaries or correspondence. Submission content may be processed by those tools. AI can make mistakes; a generated summary is not independent verification of a claim. Publication still requires review and the backer’s publication consent.

The application does not add advertising trackers or store card details. Infrastructure may use cookies or logs for operation and security. This notice does not promise zero logging, a particular provider backup period, or that no provider processes the data.

04 / Purpose & sharing

A documented record—not a public document dump.

We use reports to understand reported fulfillment problems, check facts, follow up with backers, track resolutions and prepare consented evidence for relevant crowdfunding or pledge-management platforms, such as Kickstarter and BackerKit, or consumer-protection bodies.

The submission consent covers aggregate or redacted evidence, not unrestricted circulation of raw records. Identifying information, contact details, order references and unredacted receipts will not be sent to a platform, creator, business partner or other recipient without separate permission, unless disclosure is legally required. We would ask before that additional sharing. Service processing described above is separate from sending an evidence packet to a stakeholder.

We do not sell reports or contact information. New uses beyond the permission originally given require additional consent; this notice does not broaden earlier submissions’ permissions.

05 / Publication

Three choices. Private is the default.

  • Private: no individual public account. Use is limited to private follow-up and consented aggregate or redacted evidence.
  • Anonymous after review: a report reference, project, platform, problem type, edited summary, resolution status and publication date may appear publicly.
  • Named after review: the same information, with your submitted name or alias instead of an anonymous label.

Email, order and backer numbers, payment details, reward selections and evidence links are excluded from the public report fields. Summaries must also be checked for identifying details before publication.

Anonymous publication is not a guarantee against identification: distinctive facts or other public posts may allow someone to connect an account to a person. Published material can be indexed, copied or quoted by others. Choose private if that risk is unacceptable.

06 / Retention

Keep what is needed. Review what is not.

The organizer reviews identifiable records at least annually and removes information no longer needed for an active case, verification, a consented evidence effort or a necessary record of consent. Unresolved cases may need to be retained longer. There is no automatic deletion timer.

Public accounts may remain as a record of reported outcomes, including resolutions, unless publication consent is withdrawn. You do not need to wait for a retention review to request removal. Provider logs, backups and separately shared copies may follow different retention cycles.

07 / Your requests

Correct it. Unpublish it. Ask us to delete it.

Email report@notsofriendlyrabbit.games to correct your report, change publication preferences, withdraw consent or request deletion. If possible, write from the email used for the report and include its reference or project name. Do not send government ID or a password. We may ask for a minimal clarification to avoid changing someone else’s report.

Our target is to handle a verified request within 30 days and explain any delay or limited retention that is necessary. Deletion removes the record from the active site database and public record; the organizer must also address relevant working copies and correspondence under their control. It is not a guarantee of immediate erasure from provider backups.

Withdrawal stops new uses covered by that consent. It cannot undo copies already lawfully shared or material copied by other people. We can ask previous recipients to remove information where appropriate, but cannot promise that they will. Revoke external evidence links with the service where you created them.
